If you are wanting to change the frequency or types of notifications you receive from the community group(s) you are enrolled in, you can follow these steps to make changes to your personal account settings:

Step 1:  Login to the member's dashboard with your account credentials

Step 2:  Locate the Preferences link as shown below:

Step 3: Select the Notification tab

You can choose to disable all notifications or you can choose the frequency of the notifications that you will receive.
