Meredith Heller is a performance poet, author, singer/songwriter, nature-woman, and educator with degrees in writing and education. Her own healing journey led her to weave together her passion for holistic health, poetic writing, and embodied learning. Having navigated her way through her own darkness, she brings wisdom, love, and playfulness to guide others home to themselves. A California Poet in the Schools, she leads workshops for public & private schools, juvenile detention centers, women’s prisons, The Institute for Poetic Medicine, worldwide wellness retreats, and online for women and teens. She is mused by nature, synchronicity, and kindred souls.

Meredith is the author of Write a Poem, Save Your Life, and three poetry collections Songlines, River Spells, and Yuba Witch.
